How to Delete Your Account – Spekter App

Tirrell respects your right to informational self-determination, as provided by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). If you wish to close your account on the Spekter app, below you will find the necessary instructions so the process can be carried out in a simple, secure, and transparent manner.

How to delete your account

To delete your account directly through the Spekter app, follow the steps below:

Open the Spekter app

Open the app and log in with your credentials (email and password).

Go to your Profile

On the bottom navigation bar of the app, tap the Profile icon (person icon), located on the right side.

Tap "Delete My Account"

Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen. At the footer of the page, you will find the "Excluir minha conta" link. Tap it to start the deletion process.

Confirm the deletion in the modal

A confirmation modal will appear. To proceed with the permanent deletion of your account, tap the "Deletar" button. If you wish to cancel the operation, tap "Cancelar".

Important: Account deletion is an irreversible action. After confirmation, it will not be possible to recover the data associated with your account.

What happens when you delete your account

When you request the deletion of your account on the Spekter app, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Registration data: email, login, and password associated with your account.
  • Facial images: all photos captured for biometric validation purposes will be deleted.
  • Documents: document images submitted for document analysis will be removed.
  • Test history: records of verifications performed on the platform will be deleted.

Legal retention: In compliance with the LGPD and other applicable legislation, certain data may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations, including auditing, fraud prevention, and defense in judicial or administrative proceedings. This data will be kept securely and will not be used for any other purposes.

Deletion timeframe

After confirming the deletion request, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 (thirty) business days. During this period, your account will be inactive and you will not be able to access the app's services.

If you change your mind during the processing period, please contact us through the channels listed below to check the possibility of canceling the request.

Request deletion via email

If you prefer, you can also request the deletion of your account directly from our Data Protection Officer (DPO). To do so, send an email to the address below with the following information:

  • Your full name;
  • The email registered on the Spekter app;
  • The request for account and personal data deletion.
